Progressive Armonía Studies Technique Exercises Trumpet Digital

This trumpet book is a collection of exercises that targets the violin and trumpet players in the mariachi ensemble.

The collection includes agility exercises, exercises based on the Clarke Cornet Studies, a few shifting exercises, two-octave scales common in mariachi, and all-new ensemble warm-ups.

Many of the exercises can be instantly altered by slurring two notes and bowing (tonguing) two notes or vice versa. The eighth notes could be changed to sixteenth notes on some exercises to increase difficulty. There are so many ways to expand on them.

The armonia accompaniment stays mostly in the bolero style throughout the book.
